Frank was born in Brooklyn but raised in Medford NY.. His childhood Friend Mike Betlow (Beavo) taught him some chords when he was 11 and Mike was 12. Mike took guitar lessons and Frank learned what he could from him. He played every chance he could until it became part of him. As time went on he started recording songs he made up on his Dads old reel to reel recording machine back in the 60's. The years and the wives went by and during his spare time he wrote and recorded what he wrote on what ever he could record it on... Mostly in his basement....
