One day 4 life long friends, Tom Moore, Dillon Paparelli Harry Mott and Zach Matuk discovered their common love for music. In November 2007 Korpi was formed in Tom's basement. All four members are busy in high school but still have managed to develop a tight blues/rock sound that is admired and envied by many older more experienced groups.

Tom's growling vocals coupled with Dillon's soulful slow hand guitar solos Harry's rumbling bass lines and Zach keeping it all together on the drums, Korpi has developed a unique blues rock style that is catching on in popularity with their classmates, and bringing back the good old days for the older generations.
